What is an affiliate Program?
An affiliate program is a partnership program where you earn commissions based on referring customers who purchase products from our website.

How much can I earn?
We pay a commission of 30% for every order placed by a customer you refer. There is no limit to the number of customers or orders you can generate! Commissions are calculated based on the subtotal amount a customer pays, and not on shipping & handling, sales tax, etc.

For example:
If a customer orders Frownies products which total $55, your commission is 30%, so you would be paid $16.50.

How do you know that a customer came from my website?
We use unique tracking URL's and cookies to track referrals to our website. When a visitor to your website, blog or email clicks through to our website from a banner or text link that contains your unique tracking ID, a cookie is placed on their computer. This cookie tells us how this customer came to our site, and you are credited with the referral.

How often am I paid?
Commissions are paid out once per month, by the 15th of the month. They are paid to the name that you used on the registration form by the payment method chosen on the registration form.

How do I get paid?
You can be paid through any of the following payment methods:

  • Check made out to the registered name on your account (U.S. Only)
  • PayPal (All non-U.S. affiliates, and optional with U.S.)

How do I join?
The affiliate program is free to join. Simply fill out our application form and you will automatically be approved. Upon approval, you will receive an email containing your unique affiliate ID, giving you access to banners, text links, copy and other content to use for marketing.

I don't have a website. Can I still be an affiliate?
Yes! If you have a blog, an email newsletter, or even an offline mailing list or other way of reaching lots of prospective customers, you can still be an affiliate and earn money.

Can a website outside the United States be an affiliate?
Yes, affiliates are welcome from anywhere in the world. However, commission payments are made only in US dollars.

Can I still participate in other Affiliate Programs?
Yes, you are able to join other affiliate programs. This is not an exclusive arrangement.

Do you accept all websites?
No. We reserve the right to refuse participation in our affiliate program to anyone for any reason. We DO NOT accept websites with adult content or any other type of website that is in violation of law or the ethical standards as determined by B & P management.

How many links can I have?
You can have as many links as you want. The more links you have, the better the likelihood that visitors will click through to make a purchase.

Where do I get banners and content?
Once you register, you will have access to a private affiliate website page, containing all of the links, web copy, sample emails, etc. that you will need to be successful marketing our products and services.

Where should I place links and banners on my site?
You should place the links and banners on the home page or other high traffic pages on your website. The more visibility you give us, the more visitors will see and click through to purchase, earning you higher commissions.

What is the policy on spamming?
We do NOT accept Affiliates who engage in spamming (Unsolicited Commercial Email). If an Affiliate is using spamming practices to market our products or services, they will have their account closed immediately, and any payments forfeited.

If I have more than one website, should I use the same affiliate ID for all sites?
Yes, you can have multiple websites, and use the same affiliate ID for multiple sites.

How do I change my account information?
Simply login to your affiliate account manager to make any changes you need.

How safe and secure is my information?
Your contact information is safe and secure with us. We do not sell or rent your contact information to anyone.

Is there a minimum I need to receive a payment?
The minimum balance to receive a payment is $25.00. If commissions are less than $25.00, the balance will be held until the next month or until there is at least $25.00 in your account.

What happens with refunds, fraud and charge backs?
If any purchase you refer is refunded, or if it is considered fraudulent or has charge backs, you will not earn commissions for that transaction.

Am I guaranteed payment for advertising your site?
No, you will only earn commissions based on completed transactions from customers you refer. You do not earn commissions on impressions or clicks.

How can I see my statistics and earnings?
Simply log into our online reporting tool using your affiliate ID number and password.

Can I purchase products through my own affiliate link, and earn a commission?
Yes, you can! If you click on your own affiliate link, then place an order, you will receive commission for that order.
