When I speak of rice I am talking about whole grain, sometimes called “brown rice”. Browni rice has been reported to reduce cholesterol, lower the risk of breast cancer, colon cancer, and keep digestion regular. If there was one food you kept on the table regulary it would probably be rice. Brown Rice produces a compound chemically similar to cholesterol-lowering medications.
