Q: Is there a money back guarantee?
A: We are so confident you will see results before the end of your first month of use that if your frown lines do not show any signs of improvement, we will refund your full purchase price (less shipping and handling). To RETURN your unused Frownies facial pads, simply bring them back to the place of purchase within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in their original package, and accompanied by the original cash register receipt with date (no copies please), or invoice.

Q: Do I have to use Frownies every night?
A: We recommend using Frownies every night for 30 days to receive lasting results. After you have trained your facial muscles, you should wear Frownies a minimum of three to four days a week in order to maintain proper facial posture.

Q: Can I leave Frownies on overnight?
A: Yes, it is best to leave them on overnight or during a time when your muscles can be relaxed for an extended period (about four hours).

Q: Do Frownies really work?
A: We have been in the facial pad business since 1889 - over 115 years. Frownies work by training the facial muscles to stay in position. The facial muscles are attached to the skin, so as you retrain the muscles, the skin becomes tighter. By holding the muscles in place, the skin is allowed to smooth out.

Q: What makes Immune Perféct and Immune Shield different from others?
A: This is new science and technology - the first of its kind. These products are biologically active.

Q: What difference does biologically active make?
A: Biologically active means they provide food for the cell. Other products are not biologically active.

Q: Is the Vitamin E in Immune Perféct and Immune Shield the same as others?
A: No. Other Vitamin E products are synthetic (acetate) and are not able to be used by the cells. The Vitamin E in Immune Perféct and Immune Shield is whole, natural, active Vitamin E.

Q: What does Melanin do?
A: Melanin is one of the strongest anti-oxidants that fights free radical damage. Melanin protects the DNA of the cell from dangerous UV rays.

Q: Can I use Immune Shield on my face?
A: Yes, Immune Shield may be used on any part of the body.

Q: Can I use it under my current skin products?
A: Yes, but be sure to apply Immune Perféct and Immune Shield first in order to receive the benefit of deep cellular penetration.

Q: Can I use Immune Perféct and Immune Shield under Frownies?
A: Yes, but be sure to let it absorb into the skin for 10-15 minutes before applying Frownies.

Q: Why are Immune Perféct and Immune Shield brown in color?
A: In order for Immune Perféct and Immune Shield to be biologically active, they cannot be stripped of their color. The ingredients must be active to penetrate the surface of the skin and reach the cell. Fragrances and bleaches (if added to the products) would interfere with the products' ability to help heal. Please note, even though IP and IS are brown in color, they do not color the skin. However, with continual use, skin tone will become more smooth and even giving you a more youthful, healthy look.
