I've only had them on one night and the tension release was crazy! My 11s are gone, I slept solid, woke up with a 50% smoother forehead! I didn't think this was possible, but it is!! Got the whole kit, love the face wash and serums, the rose water spray is the best. Didn't try the other patches yet, started with the forehead 😉 after feeling those at work I think I'll have to do a full face one just to get the muscles relaxed out that I didn't realize were holding tension 👍🏼

These products have helped tremendously!! They have even helped calm my redness down a bit. I just wish the rose water came in a larger size. I plan on getting the body wash and lotion as well.
