Avoid using hot water to wash your face, as it can be very drying for the skin. Instead, wet your face with luke warm water and then apply a pea-size amount of Frownies pH Balancing Face Wash to your wet hands. Rub your hands together for 10 seconds to create a lather and spread this lather on the desired areas of your face and neck. Gently massage the lather on your skin in upward, circular motions. Resist the temptation to scrub your face to avoid over-exfoliating your skin. Rinse off the lather by splashing your face or wipe off with a washcloth. Pat dry with a clean towel.

If using Frownies Face Wash as a makeup remover, you may need to repeat the above steps to ensure all residue from heavy makeup has been removed.

For morning care, a gentle wash will help remove any build-up of skin cells or perspiration from overnight. Follow the steps above to cleanse.
