It’s Awesome!

The first time I used my body brush, I felt like I was getting a cold, and my husband already had a cold. I was feeling a little lethargic. I decided to use my body brush before my shower, and while I was doing it, I didn’t necessarily feel anything. However, after my shower and getting dressed, and being in my day, I realized how much more energy I had than I did before my shower. I feel like using this brush makes it huge difference in my mental state and my energy as well. I highly recommend it. I leave it on my counter, so I don’t forget to use it, it really makes a difference!
