1. Prep Your Skin and Your Frownies
Vintage 300s apply just like our original Forehead & Between the Eyes Facial Patches.
Start with a clean face. Apply your usual serums and moisturizers, then give them a minute to fully absorb before putting on your Frownies.
Tear the patches along the perforations to separate them into individual triangles. Lightly moisten the shiny side of each patch using Frownies Rose Water Hydrator, Frownies Calming Toner, or warm water. Use your fingertip to spread the moisture evenly.
Set the patches down, shiny side up, and give them up to 90 seconds to become tacky.
2. Smooth and Stick
With one hand, gently smooth out any lines on your forehead. With the other, press the patches onto clean, dry skin.
For forehead lines and 11 lines, many people find the best results come from creating broader support across the area rather than placing one small patch directly over a single line.
Overlap patches to create a full mosaic across the forehead, between the brows, up toward the hairline, and toward the temples.
Pro tip: Many people find it easiest to start between the brows and work outward.
3. Wear Overnight
Wear your Frownies overnight or for at least 3 hours.
4. Remove and Repeat
To remove, dampen the patches thoroughly with warm water so the adhesive softens. Lift gently from the edges or slide your fingers underneath as the water loosens the patch.
Prefer the shower? Leave them on and let the water and steam help lift them naturally.
Early workout? Lots of customers keep their Frownies on through a sweat session and let them come off on their own.
Use nightly to support smoother-looking skin, then as needed once you love your results.

Frownies are your forehead’s favorite beauty sleep routine. Here’s how to get the most out of your limited edition box:
1. Prep Your Frownies: Separate the patches along the perforations, moisten the shiny side with Rose Water Hydrator, Calming Toner, or warm water and wait until the adhesive becomes tacky.
2. Smooth and Stick: Using one hand, gently hold the skin smooth. With the other hand, press the patches onto clean, dry skin. Overlap patches to cover the full forehead from brow to hairline and temple to temple, including between the brows.
