Frownies are worn overnight to hold the skin in place while you sleep and soften the look of lines that tend to show up from everyday facial expressions. Think of it as your face’s way of clocking out for the night.

1. Prep Your Skin and Your Frownies
Start with a clean face. Apply your usual serums and moisturizers, then give them a minute to fully absorb before putting on your Frownies.
Tear the patches along the perforations to separate them into individual triangles. Lightly moisten the shiny side of each patch using Frownies Rose Water Hydrator, Frownies Calming Toner, or warm water. Use your fingertip to spread the moisture evenly.
Set the patches down (shiny side up) and give them up to 90 seconds to become tacky.
3. Smooth and Stick
With one hand, gently smooth out any lines on your forehead. With the other, press the patches onto clean, dry skin.
Overlap the patches to create a full mosaic across the forehead — between the brows, up toward the hairline, and toward the temples.
Press and hold for 15–20 seconds to help them adhere.
Pro tip: Many people find it easiest to start between the brows and work outward.
4. Wear, Remove, and Repeat
Wear your Frownies overnight or for at least 3 hours.
To remove, dampen the patches thoroughly with warm water so the adhesive softens. Lift gently from the edges or slide your fingers underneath as the water loosens the patch.
